Any individuals listed as cited, charged or arrested are innocent until proven guilty. Jan. 24 A cell phone and wallet were reported stolen on the zero hun- dred block of Seventh Street. Jan. 25 Luke J. Haupt, 18, was arrested for possession of a weapon-air pistol-and harassment and a 17-year-old female was arrested for assault following an incident at Cheney High School. Domestic violence was re- ported on the 1000 block of Betz Road - verbal only. Glenn A. Bonebrake, 25, was arrested on SR=904 just north of the city limits on a Department of Corrections Secretary's warrant for violating conditions of com- munity custody. Jan. 26 Stereo equipment was stolen from the 1500 block of Third Street. An individual was involun- tary committed following a report from the 600 block of Elm Street. Kami M. Lind, 20, was arrested for shoplifting at the Ben Franklin store. Identification and a computer were stolen from a vehicle on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway. Jan. 27 Mateo L. Wilson, 20, was ar- rested for shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street. Cigarettes and cigars were stolen from the 600 block of West First Street. Domestic violence was re- ported on the 1100 block of First Street- verbal only. Police assisted the Airway Heights Pollce I D'elbt-Ynent  with a rape report at Cheney High School. Coins were stolen from a ve- hicle on the 400 block of North Third Street. A hit and run occurred on the 1300 block of Third Street. Jan. 28 Cheney High School facilitated a placement at CRC (Crisis Resi- dential Center). A hit and run occurred on the 1000 block of First Street. Jan. 29 Amy J. Williams, 25, and Scott A. Mitzimberg, 26, were both arrested for possession of illegal fireworks on the 1300 block of Third Street. Jeremy R. Chaten, 21, was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for theft and financial fraud. Six tires on two vehicles were flattened on the 200 block of West Third Street. A 17-year-old male was ar- rested for minor in possession of alcohol, making flse/misleading statements and resisting arrest on the zero hundred block of West Third Street. Josef I. Cole, 20, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Erie Street for minor in posses- sion of alcohol and obstructing an officer. Jan. 30 David G. Rawson, 21, was arrested for domestic violence- related assault and malicious mischief on the 400 block of First Street. Residential burglary was re- ported on the 1600 block of Fourth Street ....... . '  ,: , ............ A propane tank was taken from the 400 block of North Sec- ond Street. Rachel M. Massingale, 20, was arrested on the 300 block of Erie Street for minor in possession of alcohol. Tires were taken from outside of a garage on the 200 block of North Fourth Street. Lester V. Priest, 23, was ar- rested on the 2200 block of First Street for driving while license suspended. Jordan M. Biltoft, 22, was ar- rested on the 200 block of Pine Street for failing to cooperate with a nuisance investigation and was cited for a loud party. MEDICAL LAKE Jan. 25 Police arrested Aaron Walter Strom, 19, on the 10400 block of West Westbow Road on an outstanding warrant for DWLS and possession of a dangerous weapon. Police responded to a report of burglary on the 300 block of South Walker Street. The complainant reported numerous electronic items stolen, but later said they knew who had taken the items and would not press charges. John M. Miller, 32, was arrest- ed at East Barker Street and North Hallett Street on an outstanding warrant for third-degree DWLS. Jan. 26 Anthony J. Casados, 23, was arrested at East Angle Avenue and North Fox Ridge Road on an outstanding warrant for reck- less driving and possession of marijuana. Jan. 27 Police responded to reports of a disorderly subject at Hallett El- ementary. A 12 year old boy was throwing items in the office and officers had to restrain him. An employee at Eastern State Hospital reported money stolen out of her purse which was left unsecured at her workplace. Jan. 28 Threats made via telephone were reported on the 500 block of East campbell Street. Jan., 29 Police responded to a report of domestic violence on the 3800 block of South Geiger Boulevard and arrested Christopher Edlin, 27, on misdemeanor warrants, fourth degree assault and for resisting arrest. Jan. 30 Police caught four juvenile males trespassing at the sewage treatment plant. The boys were told to stay out. ' Officers responded to reports of a burglary on the 400 block of South Jefferson Street. A resident there said multiple bottles of prescription medications had been stolen. A single vehicle hit and run accident was reported on the 10900 block of North Ritchey Road. Jan. 31 Officers responded to the 200 block of East Barker Street to take a report of rape. The parents of a juvenile female reported that the girl was sexually assulted by her juvenile boyfriend in De- cember. Police are investigating the matter. Domestive violence was re- ported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street. AIRWAY HEIGHTS Jan. 26 Officers took a report of ve- hicle prowling on the 1700 block of South Lawson Street. Officers took a report of ve- hicle prowling on the 100 block of North Hayford Road. An adult male was arrested for third-degree malicious mis- chief, domestic violence, on the 13000 block of West 12th Avenue. Officers took a report of a do- mestic dispute on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street. Jan. 27 An adult male was arrest- ed for third-degree DWLS on Hayford Road and Sprague Avenue. An adult female was arrested for DUI on Sprague Avenue and Hayford Road. Jan. 28 An adult male was arrested on a warrant for DWI_S on the 100 block of North Hayford Road. An adult male was arrested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and Garfield Road. An adult male was arrested for having no valid operator's license or identification on Highway 2 and Garfield Road. Jan. 29 An adult male was arrested on a warrant on the 1400 block of North Hayford Road. Officers took a report of first- degree robbery on the 1700 block of South Lawson Street. Jan. 31 Officers took a report of a sui- cidal suect on the 13000 block of West 6th Avenue. Officers took a report of third- degree malicious mischief on the 100 block of North Hayford Road. Feb. 1 An adult female was arrested for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, on the 13000 block of West 13th Avenue. Sheriff issues notice of level III sex offenders The Spokane County Sheriff's Office has released the identities of two level three registered sex offenders living in Spokane County. Christopher Michael Foster, 26, has changed his address and will now be living a transient lifestyle in Spokane County. Foster is a Caucasian male with brown hair and hazel eyes. Foster released from prison in 2009 after serving five years for a Spokane County conviction of four counts of third-degree child rape. The victim was a 14-year- old female who was a runaway. Foster was also convicted in 1999 of first-degree child molestation in Pend Orielle County and spent approximately two years incarcerated for that crime. The victim was a six-year-old female stranger. He is no longer under Department of Corrections su- pervision. Russell Allen Clinger, 45, has changed his address and will now be living a transient lifestyle in Spokane County. Clinger is a Caucasian male with brown hair and blue eyes. He was convicted in 2000 of first-degree child molestation in Spokane County and sen- tenced to 75 months, released in 2006. His victim was a 7-year-old female. Clinger is currently under Department of Corrections supervision. These individuals have already served the sentences imposed on them by the court system and they are not want- ed by law enforcement at this time.
