March 10 Failure to yield to a public vehicle was re- ported at Fish Lake. Third-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of First Street. Alcohol was shoplifted and recovered. Mental health issues were reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. The individual was voluntarily committed. March 11 The Cheney Police Department assisted Child Protective Services on the 2400 block of Univer- sity Lane with a child placement. Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of West Third Street. A car stereo was stolen. March 12 The Cheney Police Department assisted the EWU Police Department on the 700 block of F Street on a suspicious person call. Third-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of A10gdon Way. A car stereo was sto- len. Third-degree malicious mischief was re- ported on the 500 block of First Street. Forgery was reported on the 2800 block of First Street. Third-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway. CDs and sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle. Theeb M. Aloahtani, 26, was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 1000 block of Betz Road. A vehicle prowler was reported on the 1900 block of First Street. Domestic violence/verbal dispute was re- ported on the 2200 block of First Street. March 13 Rosa Hernandez, 21, was arrested for a violation of the noise ordinance when police responded to a loud party on the 3200 block of Meadow Glen Lane. Suspicious circumstances were reported on the zero hundred block of Simpson Parkway. It was a harassment sitt/ation. Nikolas A. Foerstel, 19, was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for minor in position and conspiracy to commit theft. March 14 Second-degree burglary was reported on the 2400 block of First Street. Domestic violence/verbal dispute was re- ported on the 1800 block of First Street. Trespassing was reported on the zero hun- dred block of B Street. A 30-round magazine was found on the zero hundred block of Presley Drive. March 15 Benjamin P. Rowe, 19, was arrested for minor in possession and urinating in public on the 100 block of Third Street. Domestic violence/verbal dispute was re- ported on the 100 block of Pineview Court. MEDICAL LAKE March 10 Commercial burglary was reported on the 700 block of South Pine Street. Attempt to file fraudulent tax information was reported on the 1000 block of North Chris- topher Street. March 12 Zeth M. Mayfield, 32, was arrested at West James and North Lefevre streets on a warrant for misdemeanor assault. March 13 Assault was reported on the 230O block of South Salnave Road. A vehicle-pedestrian accident was reported at North Jefferson Street and West Brooks Road. Minor injuries were reported. AIRWAY HEIGHTS March 11 Nichole M. Taylor, 27, was arrested at North- ern Quest Drive and Hayford Road on warrants for third-degree DWLS and possession of ve- hicle theft tools. Jessica R. Kemp, 38 was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft at Northern Quest Drive and Hayford Road. Brandon T. Davey, 32, was arrested for third-degree DWLS at Northern Quest Drive and Hayford Road. March 12 A traffic accident with damages was reported at Highway 2 and Hayford Road. Tomas R. Salinas, (age not listed) was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft. Rown D. Jokinen, 42, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue for possession of a controlled substance, possession of another identification and second-degree theft. March 13 Sean M. Blythe, 27, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road on warrants for fourth-degree assault and a domestic violence no contact order violation. Second-degree theft was reported on the 1500 block of South Craig Road. Bill A. Dorley, 25, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary. Barbara A. Samuel, 39, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road on a warrant for lewd conduct. Edwina A. Morning-Owl, 26, was arrested at Highway 2 and Russell Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. March 14 Kendra L. Peck, 43, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. A probation/parole violation was reported on the 100 blOck of North Hayford Road. A traffic accident with injuries was reported at Highway 2 and Lawson Street. Third-degree malicious mischief was report- ed on the 12700 block of West Eighth Avenue.
