Aldan, 26, was arrested for a war- rant out of Whitman County for possession of a controlled substance, and a Spokane County misdemeanor warrant for driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 300 block of Cedar Street. Rape was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street. A 15-year-old male was arrested for fourth- degree assault/domestic violence. March 24 Domestic violence/verbal dispute was re- ported on the 1000 block of Second Street. Police assisted Child Protective Services on a case on the 2300 block of University Lane. March 25 A blue bicycle was reported found on the 600 block of B Street. March 26 A 13-year-old male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Westwood Middle School. Timothy R. Jacobs, 29, and Mathew S. Fort- meyer, 39, were arrested on court commitments at the Cheney Municipal Court. A bag full of stolen identification cards and credit cards were reportedly found in the woods outside of Cheney and turned into the Police Department. While responding to a violation of no-contact order report on the zero hundred block of Colum- bia Street, police arrested Jessica M. Wright, 37, on a warrant out of Airway Heights for no valid operating license. Allen K. Whitney, 19, was arrested on the 400 block of Irene Place for second-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence. March 27 Michael F. Deandre, 28, was arrested on the 2300 block of University Lane on a warrant out of Medical Lake for failure to appear. Domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. Robert J. Ashe, 26 was arrested on three misdemeanor W a'] r'aIits out of Spokane, and Steven R. Ashe, 26, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of West Third Street. A wallet and laptop were taken from a vehicle. Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of West Third Street. A car stereo and speak- ers were taken from a vehicle. Mental health issues were reported on the 800 block of West First Street. The individual was involuntarily committed. Izak A. Bumpas, 20, was arrested for second- degree assault/domestic violence on the 100 block of G Street. A Kindle was found on the 100 block of First Street. Christopher C. Demaderios, 27, was arrested on the 100 block of Second Street for posses- sion of a controlled substance and third-degree DWLS. March 28 Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1300 block of Third Street. Tires were slashed. March 29 The Cheney Police Department assisted the Spokane Police Department in a search for an assault suspect. MEDICAL LAKE March 23 A hit and run accident was reported on the 1100 block of East Ladd Street. The incident is under investigation. March 25 An accident with damages was reported at East Lake and North Lefevre streets. Two incidents of assault were reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street. March 27 Dead on arrival/natural causes was reported on the 700 block of South Lake Drive. Jordan J. Dishon, 19, was arrested on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road on a warrant for third-degree theft. March 28 March 26 Colton W. Beggs, 18, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. March 27 Justin J. Tschabold-Spaid, 24, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue for fourth- degree assault. Third-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road. A vehicle theft was reported on the 1600 block of West 12th Avenue. Jeremy M. Mace, 28, was arrested on the 600 block of South Lawson Street on a warrant for failure to comply on a reckless driving charge. A traffic accident with damages was reported at Hayford Road and Ninth Avenue. March 28 A hit and run accident was reported on the 11900 block of West Sprague Avenue. Bailey C. Post, 18, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft. Domestic violence/verbal dispute was report- ed on the 13500 block of West Sixth Avenue. Jonathan S. Rodin, 36, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue on two felony warrants for Department of Corrections escape community custody and for third-degree DWLS and possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine. March 29 A domestic violence no contact order violation was reported on the 1000 block of South Lund- strom Street. A domestic dispute was reported on the 13900 block of West 12th Avenue. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 12800 block of West 13th Avenue. The Airway Heights Police Department assisted another agency with a driving under the influence (DUI) of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs incident on the 10300 block of West Highway 2.
