Any individuals listed as cited, charged or arrested are innocent until proven guilty. CHENEY May 16 Child abuse/neglect was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. It is under inves- tigation. Joel T. Peach, 20, was arrested for fourth- degree assault on the 3000 block of Silver- thorn Lane. Trespassing was re- ported on the 2300 block of University Lane. Second-degree ma- licious mischief was reported at the Utility Building. There was damage to a gate. May 17 Thomas G. Marlin, 55, was arrested for a second-degree assault that occurred March 22 on the 2200 block of First Street. Domestic violence/ fourth degree assault was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. The case was sent to an attorney for further review. Identity theft was re- ported on the 2200 block of Marigold Circle. Fourth-degree assault was reported at Cheney High School. The case is under investigation. May 18 Brian K. Suominen, 19, was arrested for sec- ond-de gree'~inalicious mischief that occurred on April 28 at Centen- nial Park. Drug parapherna- lia was found on the 800 block of Chestnut Street. Harassment was re- ported on the 800 block of West First Street. Third-degree theft was reported at West- wood Middle School. Po- lice said $133 in cash was taken from a student. Third-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. A backpack was taken from a vehicle. Identity theft was reported on the 200 block of North Eighth Street. Third-degree mali- cious mischief was re- ported on the 100 block of North Seventh Street. There was damage to a fence. Domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of Chenev- Spangle Road. May 19 Saud A. Alabdul- latif, 21, was arrested for second-degree rape and unlawful imprison- ment on the 1000 block of Betz Road. A multi-colored bi- cycle was found on the 500 block of West Sixth Street. May 20 A key on a white lan- yard was found on the 900 block of First Street. Theft of a firearm from a vehicle was re- ported on the 600 block of West Fifth Street. Domestic violence/ verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. May 21 Carlos A. Avila Du- ran, 20, was arrested for third-degree mali- cious mischief - dam- age to a vehicle - and second-degree vehicle prowling on the zero hundred block of North Eighth Street. Domestic violence/ verbal dispute was re- ported on the 800 block of West First Street. A black bicycle was found on the 600 block of B Street. A driver's license was found on the 300 block of First Street. A prowler was re- ported on the 500 block of Villard Street. May 22 Fourth-degree as- sault was reported on the zero hundred block of Second Street. First-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of Summit Drive. Housewares, furniture and other home goods were taken in what is believed to be a land- lord/tenant dispute. A tree fell in the road on the 800 block of First Street. Suspicious circum- stances were reported on the 2400 block of University Lane. A sui- cide was reported, but later determined to be unfounded. MEDICAL LAKE May 13 A threat was report- ed on the 500 block of South Hallett Street. May 16 A suicidal subject was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. Justin C. Asbury, 21, was arrested at East Grace and South Pren- tis streets on a warrant for assault. May 17 A juvenile was ar- rested on the 200 block Of South Barker Street on a misdemeanor war- rant. Physical abuse was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. May 19 Officers conducted a follow up investigation on the 500 block of East Campbell Street. Assault was report- ed on the 1000 block of East Campbell Street. A juvenile was ar- rested on the 200 block of East State Route 902 for third-degree theft/ shoplifting. The juve- nile was later released to their parents and the case was turned over to juvenile court. May 20 Assault was report- ed on the 800 block of West Maple Street. AIRWAY HEIGHTS May 18 Marshall L. Fields, 26, was arrested on the 120'0 block of South Hayford Road for third- degree theft/shoplift- ing. Bronson M. Aycox, 26, was arrested at Highway 2 and Albert Street on warrants for failure to appear on fourth-degree assault/ domestic violence and domestic violence no contact order violation charges. Misty R. Ollgaard, 39, and Thomas J.. Nol- len, 32, were arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/ shoplifting. A stolen vehicle was recovered at Lund- strom Street and 21st Avenue. A traffic accident with injuries was re- ported on the 2300 block South Hayford Road. May 19 Jared J. Rivera, 20, was arrested on the 13100 block of West 13th Avenue on war- rants for failure to ap- pear on reckless driv- ing, second-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) and malicious mischief of personal property charges. 'Christopher T. Grove, 18, was arrested on the 1800 block of South Campbell Street for fourth-degree as- sault/ domestic vio- lence. May 20 A juvenile was ar- rested on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street for fourth-de- gree assault/domestic violence. Third-degree theft was reported on the 12800 block of West 12th Avenue. May 21 Third-degree theft was reported on the 1400 block of South Garfield Street. A missing person returning home was reported on the 1200 block of South Garfield Street. Aaron~,J.~ Reyes, I8, was arrested on the 12800 block of West Highway 2 for third-de- gree theft/shoplifting. A traffic accident with damages was rea ported at Highway 2 and Hayford Road. May 22 Danielle M. Hauer, 40, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road on a warrant for failure to appear on a second-de- gree trespass charge. Alisha A. Pakoo- tas, 32, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for fourth-degree assault/ domestic violence. Rachel E. Muzzy, 26, was arrested at Sixth Avenue and Russell Street for third-degree DWLS. May 23 Charmaine R. Josey, 26, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for sec- ond-degree criminal trespassing. Third-degree theft was reported at Highway 2 and Garfield Road. Kayla R. Fisher, 24, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. A hit-and-run ac- cident was reported on the 13000 block of West Highway 2. Brianna M.
