CHENEY June 2 Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2600 block of Bethany Lane. Someone threw a concrete block through a car windshield. Second-degree theft was reported on the 3200 block of Thistle Creek Lane. Third-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief were reported on the 200 block of Simp- son Parkway. A flagpole was stolen and a sign was damaged between May 29 and June 1. Second-degree assault was reported on the 200 block of Cheney-Spangle Road. A woman had been celebrating and was walking to some apartments when she was assaulted and knocked unconscious. After she woke up, she walked over to her friend's apartment, and later contacted police. Harassment was reported on the zero hun- dred block of Columbia Street. An individual was receiving threatening messages over their cellphone from an acquaintance. Third-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Betz Road. Scrap metal was stolen. Harassment was reported on the 600 block of Elm Street. Incident turned out to be a neighbor dispute. A mental issue was reported on the 600 block of Elm Street. June 3 A marijuana plant was found on a front porch on the 200 block of Elm Street. Third-degree malicious mischief was re- ported on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway. An individual attempted to force open a truck hood and damaged the radiator. A missing person was reported on the 100 block of Fifth Street. The individual had been missing since May 31, and traveled to a camp- ground north of San Francisco, Calif., where they were contacted and received help. Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of Fifth Street. A landlord brought potential renters into the home, where they !eft with some of the current renters' per- .r nal belongings. .................. ~O ]OL. " " ' Two bicycles were found on the 600 block of Chestnut Street. June 4 Angela M. Sypher, 45, was arrested for third- degree theft/shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street. Addison T. Boloko, 25, was arrested on a court commitment at Cheney Municipal Court. Financial fraud was reported by Adult Protec- tive Services on the "800 block of Second Street. The victim was being bilked out of money. The investigation is ongoing. Third-degree malicious mischief was re- ported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. There was damage to a car. Third-degree theft was reported on the 1100 block of First Street. June 5 Third-degree malicious mischief was re- ported on the 800 block of Second Street. A car window was smashed. Third-degree malicious mischief was re- ported on the 100 block of College Avenue. The driver's side mirror was snapped off of a vehicle. Shoplifting was reported on the 100 block of West First Street. There were no charges. The subject was removed from premises. A mental health issue was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Niles I. Nicola, 23, was arrested on a warrant for a minor in possession by the Spokane Police Department on the 500 block of Third Street. A 15-year-old female was reported as a run- away on the 400 block of North Sixth Street. She returned home. June 6 Second-degree burglary was reported on the 100 block of First Street. A Honda four-wheeler was stolen. June 7 Violation of a court order was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. MEDICAL LAKE June 1 A wallet was found on the 200 block of East State Route 902. Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of East Barker Street. At the scene, Timo- thy M. King Jr., 21, was arrested on two misde- meanor warrants. June 2 A threat was reported on the 400 block of East Jim Darby Drive. June 3 Fraud was reported on the 900 block of North Golden Court. An argument was reported on the 300 block Of South w~ashi~i~it~gn Street. June 4 A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 700 block of East Barker Street. At the scene, deputies arrested Daniel P. Glenn, 42, for second-degree burglary relating to an incident that took place at Petro Fuel outside city limits and Shawn A. Cot- trell, 41, on three felony warrants. Assault was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street. A sex crime was reported on the 100 block of North Hallett Street. June 7 A vehicle prowl was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. AIRWAY HEIGHTS June 3 An agency assistance regarding a domestic violence/verbal dispute incident was reported on the 1300 block of South Ziegler Street. A stolen vehicle was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road. June 4 Susan C. White, 60, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. Bruce L. Walling, 53, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. Glenn A. Reed, 52, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. Terri R. Zambon, 34, was arrested at Hayford Road and Ninth Avenue for third-degree driv- ing while license suspended (DWLS). June 5 A traffic accident with damages was reported at 21st Avenue and Garfield Road. June 6 Paul G. Vogt, 40, was arrested on the 12500 block of West Highway 2 for fourth-degree as- sault/ domestic violence. Second-degree theft was reported on the 12800 block of West Highway 2. Lost property was found on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road. Roy A. Wells, 46, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary and th.ird-degree theft/shoplifting. Fordean K. Palmanteer, 62, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third- degree theft/shoplifting. June 7 Bobby R.
