A silver bicycle was found on the 300 block of Plum Tree Court. July 14 Leroy S. Dew, 36, was arrested on three war- rants out of Spokane District Court for no bail. He was also contacted for camping in a public park on the 200 block of Salnave Road. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 400 block of A Street. A window was broken. July 15 Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road. A kitchen sprayer nozzle was taken. Kristen N. Wilder, 22, was arrested on the 100 block of Washington Street for third degree driving while license suspended (DWLS), failure to transfer a title and violation of vehicle trip permit. July 16 Laura D. Shumway, 49, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court on two CMC warrants for failure to appear. Shawn A. Gilmour, 33, was arrested on the 1700 block of Seventh Street on a Spokane District Court war- rant for failure to appear on third degree theft charges. He was also contacted for camping in a public park. July 17 A motor vehicle was taken without the own- er's permission on the 600 block of Third Street. The vehicle was a 2003 Jeep Liberty. It was recov- ered on fire on the 300 block of Cheney-Spangle Road and created a small bush fire. The Police Department assisted a private busi- ness with an internal theft investigation. July 18 A motor vehicle was taken without the owner's permission on the 200 block of Cheney- Spangle Road. The vehicle was a green Subaru and was recovered past Tyler. ........... A missing ,person was rep0rted 0n'the 900 block of Second Street. The individual was re- ported missing from Lakewood, Wash., and has since been contacted. Derrik A. Douthitt, 18, was arrested at Safeway on an Eastern Washington University warrant for third-degree DWLS and a Cheney warrant for third-degree theft. MEDICAL LAKE July 13 Harassment was reported on the 200 block of South James Street. July 14 Theft was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street. Assault was reported on the 200 block of North Hallett Street. Domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of North Hallett Street. July 17 Theft was reported on the 900 block of East Lake Street. Burglary was reported on the 100 block of South Stanley Street. Domestic violence was reported on the 100 block of North Walker Street. July 18 Assault was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street. AIRWAY HEIGHTS July 15 Calvin D. Fischer, 19, was arrested on the 12400 block of West Frank Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. Second-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence was reported on the 10600 block of West Sixth Avenue. A traffic accident with injuries was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road. July 16 A traffic accident with damages was reported at Hayford and McFarlane roads. Delanie R. Pierre, 24, was arrested on the 1200 Stacee L.
