Any individuals listed as cited, charged or arrested are innocent until proven guilty. CHENEY July 20 Third-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of Second Street. A Shop Vac was taken from a garage. Officers assisted a homeless man who was living in his car and had become dehydrated. The man was transported to a medical facility. Third-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. A bicycle was taken. A cellphone was found on the 1700 block of Seventh Street. Lance T. Prince, 23, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 1300 block of Second Street. Police responded to a report of an illegal burn on the 700 block of Chestnut Street. Officers contacted the resident who Was burning yard debris and determined there was a warrant for his arrest. Forrest D. Falvey, 23, was arrested on an Airway Heights warrant for first-degree criminal trespass. July 21 Third-degree theft was reported on the 2800 block of First Street. A 15-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting and minor in possession. An attempted suicide was reported on the 300 block of North Sixth Street. The individual was voluntarily committed. An ID and wallet were found on the zero hundred block of West First Street. Residential burglary was reported on the 1100 block of Gary Street. Bobby D. Risenhoover, 47, was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting at Cheney Trading Company. Charles K. Armstead, 21, was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. There was damage to a car. july 22 Shannon L. Jones-Sandham, 29, was arrested for third-de- gree DWLS on the 2300 block of University Lane. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2700 block of First Street. A glass commercial door was broken. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1800 block of First Street. A glass comme~ial door was broken. July 23 Domestic violence/verbal dispute were reported on the 800 block of West First Street. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. There was damage to a car. July 24 Kristen N. Wilder, 22, was arrested at Cheney Munici- pal Court on a Spokane warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree DWLS charge. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1400 block of Sixth Street. A hole was punched in metal pole building. A folding knife was found on the 600 block of Second Street. An officer assisted the Washington State Patrol on a driving under the influence arrest on the 1000 block of West First Street. WSP made an arrest. A car seat was found on the 2600 block of First Street. July 25 Trespassing was reported on the 2800 block of First Street. Second-degree burglary was reported on the 600 block of West Sixth Street. Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of Holladay Drive. Second-degree assault/domestic violence charges are pending. Jose Arredondo, 45, was arrested for trespassing on the 2800 block of First Street. Arredondo had been warned to leave the business premise earlier in the day. Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the zero hundred block of Simpson Parkway. There was damage to a car. July 26 Jacob M. Hoffmarb 20, and John M. Kreifels, 20, were arrested for minor in possession on the 1100 block of First Street. Derik A. Douthitt, 18, was arrested on the 2800 block of First Street on Spokane Superior Court warrants for failure to appear on warrants for felony and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. MEDICAL LAKE July 21 Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. Theft was reported on the 300 block of East Grace Street. Medication was taken from a residence. Officers took a report of an attempt to open a fraudu- lent credit account on the 500 block of East Campbell Street. July 22 Joseph D. Knopp, 25, was arrested on the 500 block of East Barker Street on felony warrants for residential burglary and possession of a controlled substance. Theft was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street. Cash and checks were taken from a purse. July 23 Harassment was reported on the 400 block of East Campbell Street. July 24 Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road Officers conducted a welfare check on the 300 block of North HaUett Street. July 26 Custodial interference was reported on the 900 block of North Howard Street. AIRWAY HEIGHTS July 22 Clifford L. Graves, 18, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. July 23 A hit and run accident was reported at Highway 2 and Russell Street. David W. Hill, 48, was arrested on the 13100 block of West 13th Avenue on a warrant for possession of a con- trolled substance/methamphetamine. A juvenile was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hay- ford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. A burglary was reported on the 12500 block of West 21st Avenue. Shawna D Day, 31, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road on a warrant for third-degree theft. July 24 A burglary was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue. Darrell W. Laws, 38, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. A stolen vehicle was recovered on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue. Joshua K. Ley, 35, was arrested at Ziegler Street and 10th Avenue for third-degree DWLS. A Child Protective Services referral was reported on the 13500 block of West Sixth Avenue. Harassment was reported on the 1300 block of South Ziegler Street. Michael R. King, 29, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for a domestic violence no contact order violation. July 25 Christopher A. Burdick, 30, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for failure to appear on a third-degree DWLS charge. Second-degree theft was reported on the 1000 block of South Tuscany Street. Marcella M. New Robe, 50, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft/shoplifting.. Justin R. Allen, 33, was arrested at Sixth Avenue and Ziegler Street for third-degree DWLS and on three warrants for failure to appear on third-degree DWLS charges. July 26 Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile returning home on the 600 block of South Horton Street. An agency assistance regarding a recovered stolen vehicle was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road. Courtney A. McDonald, 30, wa~ arrested at Campbell Street and 18th Avenue for third-degree DWLS. A dangerous dog was reported on the 12400 block of West Frank Street. July 27 Vehicle prowling was reported on the 10100 block of West Highway 2. July 28 Cody M. Castagna, 34, was arrested at Hayford Road and Ninth Avenue for third-degree DWLS. Colleen S.
