The nine-unit structure is owned and being constructed by MASo Builders of Spokane, who put up another complex along First Street earlier this year. A Certificate of Appreciation has been sent by CARE to Club President William H. Lucas. Through the support of the Lions, a Nutrition Rehabilitation Center will be built at the Baroda Medical Hospital in Baroda, Gujurat, India. Also, 12 day care centers -- called "balwadis" by the Indian people -- will be built throughout Gujurat, an Indian state north of Bombay.
