Leonard, 21, was arrested on the 600 block of Second Street as an absconder (evaded home detention measures) from Moon Detection Services. Residential burglary was reported on the 800 block of Chestnut Street. 'Jewelry and clothing items were taken. Third-degree theft was reported on the 600 block of I Street. Sprinkler equipment was taken. Aug. 5 Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 500 block of North Sixth Street. A garage door was egged. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 300 block of Nolan Brown Place. There was damage to a garbage can. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 800 block of Salnave Road. There was a chocolate-looking substance on a car. A .22 caliber bolt-action rifle was found while clean- ing out a rental unit on the 200 block of Paradise Road. Residential burglary was reported on the zero hundred block of Vine Street. Jewelry and electron- ics were taken. Second-degree burglary was reported on the 500 block of First Street. Nothing was taken. Aug. 7 A calculator was found on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Domestic violence/verbal dispute was re- ported on the 100 block of West Fifth Street. Tramell J. Howard, 26, was arrested on the 900 block of Third Street for third degree driving while license suspended (DWLS). Domestic violence/verbal dispute was re- ported on the 2300 block of University Lane. Aug. 8 Nathaniel Petty, 21, was arrested for fourth- degree assault on the 700 block of First Street. Officers responded to a possible fight at Cheney High School. Male involved was determined to have an existing warrant. William R. Beaver, Jr., 26, was arrested on a Spokane Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on assault/domestic violence charges. Janice M. O'Grady, 38, was arrested for viola- tion of a court protection order on the 2200 block of First Street. Aug. 9 Rami Abdullah A. Aladwani, 28, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 1000 block of Betz Road. Phone harassment was reported on the 500 block of Washington Street. MEDICAL LAKE Aug. 3 Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. Aug. 4 Drugs were found on the 1000 block of North Stanley Street. Theft was reported on the 400 block of West Brooks Road. Apricots were stolen from a tree. Aug. 5 Theft was reported on the 900 block of East Lake Street. Officers responded to an alarm call on the 1000 block of East Prentis Street. At the scene, Julie A. Kent, 50, was arrested for residential burglary. Aug. 6 Assault was reported on the 200 block of East State Route 902. Aug. 7 Theft was reported on the 500 block of South Stanley Street. Medication was taken. Aug. 9 Dead on arrival/natural causes was,reported on the 200 block of South Stanley Street. e AIRWAY HEIGHTS Aug. 5 Colleen S. Janson, 55, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS. Third-degree theft/shoplifting was reported on the 13200 block of West Highway 2. Property damage was reported at Highway 2 and Craig Road. A traffic accident with injuries was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road. Aug. 6 Raymond E. Loader, 36, was arrested on the 10600 block of West Highway 2 for third-degree DWLS. Justice A. Erickson, 32, was arrested at Hayford Road and Ninth Avenue for first-degree DWLS. Aug. 7 Third-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road. Kenneth M. Brown, 52, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-de- gree theft/shoplifting. Vehicle prowling was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue. Troy E. Simpson, 22, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. Aug. 8 Cordelle C. Vielle, 23, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford R0'ad for fourth- degree assault/domestic violence. A traffic accident with damages was reported at Highway 2 and Hayford Road. Eden E. Dodson, 27, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting. Aug. 9 A juvenile was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft. Patrick R. Williams, 18, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-de- gree theft. Third-degree theft was reported on the 10000 block of West Highway 2. Domestic violence/verbal dispute was report- ed on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street. A runaway juvenile was reported on the 800 block of South Ziegler Street. The juvenile has not returned home. A traffic accident with damages was reported on the 10600 block West Highway 2. Aug. 10 Dorell Nickerson, 44, was arrested on the 12600 block of West Highway 2 for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Aug. 11 Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile returning home on the 12700 block of West 13th Avenue.
