Any individuals listed as cited, charged or arrested are innocent until proven guilty. CHENEY Sept. 4 A dispute between neighbors was reported on the 800 block of Second Street. Sept. 5 Two 14-year-old females were arrested for shoplifting at Ben Franklin. An abandoned auto, first re- ported in August and left parked since May, was towed from the 800 block of Oak Street. A person making threats was reported on the 400 block of First Street. Sept. 6 William C. St. Peter, 23, was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 500 block of West First Street. Theft of copper wire was re- ported on the 2300 block of Uni- versity Lane. Sept. 7 A fight occurred on the 1200 block of First Street. Martin D. Champagne, 50, and Eric G. Arnst, 49, were both arrested for mutual combat. Officers assisted the FBI Vio- lent Crimes Task Force in locating an address on the zero hundred block of Fifth Street. The task force was following up on an investigation. A 13-year-old male was ar- rested for shoplifting and minor in possession of alcohol on the 100 block of West First Street. Sept. 8 A passport was found on the 400 block of Third Street. Sept. 9 Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. No arrests were made. AIRWAY HEIGHTS Aug. 29 Officers took a report of a ju- venile settle on the 12500 block of West 21st Avenue. Officers took a report of a vio- lation of temporary domestic vio- lence protection order on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue. Nathan D. Spangler, 40, was arrested for third-degree theft - shoplifting - on the 11900 block of West Highway 2. Shane M. Little, 24, was ar- rested for third-degree malicious mischief - domestic violence - on the 500 block of South Campbell Street. Aug. 30 Officers took a report of a de- ceased person - natural - on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue. Officers took a burglary report on the 13300 block of West Sixth Avenue. Julie N. Garcia, 35, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on High- way 2 and Hayford Road. Aug. 31 Officers took a report of a fourth-degree juvenile assault on the 900 block of South Ziegler Street. Officers took a report of sec- ond-degree assault on the 11900 block of West Sprague Avenue. Wayne L. Wilson, 43, was ar- rested for third-degree DWLS on Highway 2 and Garfield Road. Officers took a report of found property on the Solar Meadow Court. Sept. 1 Roger D. Lewis, 44, was arrest- ed for third-degree DWLS on Hay- ford Road and Ninth Avenue. Kristy J. Walters, 29, was ar- rested for third-degree DWLS on Sixth Avenue and King Street. Officers took a report of found property on the 1000 block of South Beeman Street. A juvenile was arrested for mak- ing false or misleading statements to a public servant, obstrucGng law enforcement officer, minor in pos- session of tobacco and a warrant on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
