Any individuals listed as cited, charged or arrested are innocent until proven guilty. CHENEY Oct. 12 Kelley L. Cullen, 48, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 600 block of Washington Road. Matthew A. Woodring, 28, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 700 block of West First Street. Third-degree theft was reported on the 1700 block of Seventh Street. A bicycle was taken. Oct. 13 Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 600 block of B Street. A window was broken at a business. Police assisted with a Child Protective Services placement on the 2600 block of Eton Lane. Oct. 15 A gold 2004 Chevy Cavalier was reported abandoned and towed on the 200 block of I Street. Three 11-year-old females were arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 700 block of Betz Road. Harassment was reported on the 200 block of L Street. A video was taken without the individual's consent and subsequently played to others. A mental health issue was reported on the zero hundred block of Second Street. The individual was involuntarily committed. Oct. 16 Patrick R. Williams, 18, was arrested on a Air- way Heights Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply with a court order on a theft charge on the 2800 block of First Street. A mental health issue was reported on the 200 block of College Avenue. The individual was involuntarily committed. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 600 block of Second Street. There was dam- age to a car. A 16-year-old male was arrested for possession T iird'-degree theft, th6f i orla :pOr taDle rite pit, was reported at the police station. Incident occurred Oct. 4, but a report was originally not taken. When discovered during review of police log, officer contacted the individual and took the report. Oct. 17 Tyler O. Labissoniere, 18, was arrested for second-degree malicious mischief on the zero hundred block of Sixth Street. He was jumping on the hood of a car and caused $750 in dam- age. Third-degree malicious mischief was re- ported on the zero hundred block of Bethany Street. A rock was thrown through the window of a car. A civil dispute was reported on the 200 block of south Cheney-Spangle Road. Oct. 18 Police assisted Eastern Washington University with a report of the discharge of a fire extinguisher on the 500 block of Fifth Street. A runaway juvenile was reported on the 100 block of Pine Crest Lane. A dirt bike was taken without the owner's permis- sion on the 1700 of Third Street. Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of Fifth Street. A window was broken. Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. MEDICAL LAKE Oct. 12 Domestic violence was reported on the 400 block of South Grant Avenue. Rape was reported on the 300 block of North Broad Street. Harassment was reported on the 900 block of South Campbell Street. Oct. 13 A suicidal subject was reported on the 400 block of East State Route 902. Oct. 14 Physical abuse was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. Oct. 15 Theft was reported on the 200 block of South Washington Street. Physical abuse was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road. Oct. 17 A suicidal subject was reported on 300 block of South Lefevre Street. A suicidal subject was reported on the 400 block of East State Route 902. Theft was reported on the. 100 bloCk of South Lefevre'Street. AIRWAY HEIGHTS Oct. 15 Third-degree theft was reported on the 1400 block of South Garfield Road. A traffic accident with damages was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue. Second-degree theft was reported on the 13100 block of West Highway 2. A traffic accident with damages was reported at Highway 2 and Hayford Road. Oct. 16 A parental dispute was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road. Jared J. Rivera, 20, was arrested at Highway 2 and Campbell Street for third-degree DWLS, mi- nor in possession of alcohol. He was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on third-degree DWLS and driving under the influence charges. Charles B. Fife, 52, was arrested at 19th Ave- nue and Lawson Street for third-degree DWLS. Lylynn D. Holland, 37, was arrested at 20th Av- enue and Campbell Street for third-degree DWLS. Oct. 17 Vehicle theft was reported on the 10100 block of West Highway 2. Ralph J. Crawley, 51, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft and possession of a controlled substance/ methamphetamine. Ashliegh R. Robinson, 25, was arrested on war- rants for failure to appear on theft charges. Incidents of possession of a stolen motor vehicle and first-degree trafficking in stolen property were reported on the 1700 block of South Lawson Street. Oct. 18 Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1400 block of South Albert Street. Christina A. Orris, 46, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree theft, third-degree theft, first-degree trafficking in stolen property, forgery and ona warrant for first-degree theft. Oct. 19 A hit-and-run accident was reported on the 11900 block of West Highway 2.
