Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of Scenic Heights Drive. A green bicycle was taken. A key ring was found on the 500 block of Third Street. Custodial interference was reported on the 1400 block of Gary Street. Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 1000 block of First Street. There was a civil dispute over ownership. Robert A.
