c. .Ey p.Ess 10I Novomber26 20,5 Dear Valued Inland Power Members, In this season of thanks, Inland Power would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our members for their patience and understanding as we worked through power restoration efforts from the recent devastating wind storm. This was the largest outage event in Inland Power's 78-year history. At the peak of the storm we had over 31,000 members without power, which is equivalent to 77 percent of our membership. We truly appreciate the support and patience our members have shown to Inland Power and its employees as we work through this disaster and devastation, Some of our members were out of power for several days at the same time the region was experiencing extreme cold. Our employees have worked tirelessly over the last week to rebuild power lines, remove trees, answer member calls and restore your power as quickly and safely as possible. There is no doubt this outage was a challenge for all of us. We will continue in our pursuit of providing safe and reliable power at a level of service that we demand of ourselves and that you deserve. All of our Inland Power team would like to thank our valuable members for their patience, unde tanding and often times hospitality during this epic event. We also thank our contractors, neighboring utilities who sent crews, the first responders, caregivers, Avista and commun ty for coming together in this time of need. We wish you and your family a happy holiday season and a new year of health and happiness. We appreciate the opportunity to be your power cooperative and it is a responsibility we do not take lightly. Thanks again for showing the world what it means for a community and a region to stand "Inland Strong" Cooperatively, Your Inland Power Employees and Board of Trustees and Light Company
